Strips Between Feedings 8

I say that to you and to myself, since it’s been so long since I last post. We had an Indy Con event over at the Source comics and games at the end of December and I’m proud to say that every one of the exclusive issues of The McGuffin Exchange #3, sold. It was a bit russed and mistakeds were made but the super special black light prints were finished on time. Post here if you know the secret of the black light stamp but remember to note spoiler, we don’t want to ruin it for everyone else.

The animatic of issue 3 is comming to it’s finish, we are really excited about that so stay tuned. Many other voice talents are joining the fun and we are starting to develop a rep in the community so demand to be part of the project is ramping up. Which is good because it means more things will get done faster for you. I’ve been on the drafting table working on some fun freelance gigs but I promise to have some new art work up here for you to look at very soon.

at end, have you heard of Death’s Whisper? or Tim Erickson? He’s launching something big and if you can track him down, he’ll tell you about it. As it is, he has asked me to write a foreward to his trilogy of graphic novels and it’s all part of this big thing he’s got cooking. Stay tuned for that as well, since I take it as a great honor to be a participant in the great story he’s writen, illustrated and produced.

Hello from the trenches of independant mucky muck. I’m slapping a new image from Fall Con, and due to popular demand, a freelance gig someone trusted me with. It also represents a first time team up with a guy I refer to as Anthony Hary. Because that’s his name, check out his work here.

In the second photo it was requested I show the garage they used for gaming. Also are some characters in video games they love, and the pool table top, they used to set there D&D sessions on, is a border to tie things together. Again photo references.

Hi folks,

This marks the end of my reign of silence. Things were mad, crazy around here and we were able to get everything ready for Fall Con except printing the third issue. It’s ready and the new Death Vision I’ve invented will be included, so stay tuned. Everyone is currently healthy and in a productive state. Just to prove we’ve been keeping busy here at Big Pot comics, I’ve stirred up the freelance work we have on the table.
